Let’s Talk WHEELS! Our Most popular service. With rare exception does a bike have a stock wheelset or even upgraded wheels that can’t be improved dramatically. Obviously, weight and aerodynamics are the most sought after goal, but riding quality, comfort, and experience can also be enhanced.

We understand rider and rider style and can match you to the perfect wheelset. Titanium spokes are our specialty, because the tension can be lower than stainless steel and especially aluminum. They can achieve a soften ride and are half the weight of stainless steel in 14g. Few wheel builders use these, we love them. With our 4,000+ custom wheelsets hand built over 25 years, we got this!

The Process:

You can visit our showroom or call us and get a consultation. Once you decide on the hub, spokes, nipples, rims, lace pattern, and colors, we get to work. Each spoke is hand cut and threaded to precise measurement, on our PHIL wood spoke machine. After lacing, its the wheel is trued laterally, radially, and dished, to ensure a proper center line with your bike. Don’t skimp on tires, nothing above the tires matters if the tires are shitty!
